Bonfire is a small extension for Chrome that allows you to chat in Twitter. The program provides a similar chatting experience to that of Facebook, but in this, the more stylish of the two social networks.
Using the program is as easy as accessing Twitter from your account and accepting the conditions of use. From this moment you will be able to see a small chat bar on the bottom of the page where you can chat with any of your contacts.
From your list of contacts, all you have to do is double click on one of their avatars to open a chat window. The only catch is that they also have to have this chat program installed.
Bonfire adds a new function to social networking on Twitter that can be useful. However, a chat function on this popular site does take away some of its charm.
